Shipping and Fulfillment
All prints are made to order. This means there’s usually a short turnaround time between 2 to 4 business days for my printer to produce and prep your order for shipping. Occasionally, during periods of high demand, production may take around a week. If you’re ordering for a time-sensitive occasion, please keep this in mind.
I work with a global print partner that has production facilities on multiple continents. This helps ensure fast delivery while also reducing the environmental impact of long-distance shipping.
Shipping times and carriers vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.
Import Fees / Tariffs
My print partner fulfills orders from regional facilities in many parts of the world. In most cases, this means your order will ship locally or regionally and will not incur import duties or customs fees.
To give a few examples, customers in North America, the UK, the EU, Australia, Japan, and Brazil generally receive their orders without any additional import charges.
However, in rare cases, import fees may apply. Unfortunately these are not included in my prices and I’m unable to estimate or cover them. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for any fees that arise.
Returns Policy
Because all prints are made to order, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds, apart from cases where an item arrives damaged or does not match the description.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me right away. I’ll work with my print provider to send out a replacement as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged, please keep the item and original packaging and take photos of the issue. My printer typically requires this documentation to process a free replacement.
